Appointments
We will be happy to schedule your appointments at a time that is convenient for you. This will reserve a room exclusively for your need that day. If you’re unable to keep your appointment, we ask that you give us
at least 24 hour
notice so that we can offer this precious time to another patient in need. This allows us to better serve you (our patients). We charge a broken appointment fee to help us properly
manage the schedule.
Insurance and Billing
We are able to send out claims for most insurance companies, as long as your Insurance contract does not dictate that you receive your care from a specific office. We are providers for Dentemax, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Delta Dental Premier, Cigna PPO, SDC and Delta Dental Healthy Kids. Please discuss how we can be of help (with the front office) so that you can determine whether or not our practice fits your expectations. We believe that our competitive rates will allow us to earn your business.
Payment Options
We accept cash, check and credit (VISA and Master Card). Also, we are pleased to announce that we have a flexible financing option through CareCredlt. Dr. Mark A. Eby, D.D.S.
Dr. Mark A. Eby, a lifelong resident to the Monroe County area, was born In Erie and raised in Petersburg. He graduated as Salutatorian at Summerfield High, and furthered his education at Monroe county Community College (MCCC) on the Presidential Scholarship. This is where his decision to pursue a career In medicine was formed. After receiving his associates of Science, he continued at the University of Michigan obtaining a Bachelor of Science with a concentration In Biology. His hard work and dedication allowed for the acceptance Into the University of Detroit Mercy's School of Dentistry, where he excelled and graduated near the top of his class. While there, he received "The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology Horace Wells Senior Student Award".
Dr. Eby obtained his Michigan and Ohio dental licenses after school, allowing him to gain valuable experience. His devotion to his family and community was Influential on bringing his practice to Monroe. He is a compassionate person that pays particular attention to the smallest of details, and believes that taking care of the small things in a timely manner Is what allows for success in life.
Dr. Eby stays current on all of the latest methods by attending CE courses annually, and has received a certificate of achievement from the Synergy Training program (Comprehensive multidisciplinary Team approach to Restorative Therapy for Osseo Integrated Dental Implants) from these adventures. He maintains current membership In both the Michigan Dental Association and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Eby enjoys spending time with his family, fitness and participating/watching most sporting events, and woodworking.
Julie - Office Coordinator
Julie heads up all of the paper work for the office. She has proven to be efficient at handling Insurance claims and following up with any question that you may have. She will be the first person that greets you in our office and the last to say goodbye. Please feel free to discuss your financial concerns /options regarding treatment with her.
Candice - Hygienist
Candice enjoys taking care of her patients' dental needs, and is constantly striving to make the experience comfortable. Her desire for this started during her two years of dental occupational classes In high school, and continued while dental assisting in college. She has brought her 10+ years of experience to our practice and has helped us in providing the comprehensive care that our office is known for. She would be happy to assist you, whether you’re a new patient or a returning patient, with a smile.
